Here are the latest codes and instructions:
IF YOU HAVE MBS OPEN (ie. the program is running)
- Press
ALT-F9 on your keyboard. This should start the "renew32"
program. If not, the use the other method for starting the
"renew32.exe" program.
- Confirm that your Serial #
and RUC (or use code) match the Serial # and RUC from the table below.
- If the RUC numbers are not
the same, please call me immediately because the update will not work.
- If the numbers match, then
press the next button at the bottom of the Renew32 window.
- Press the next button one
more time to take you to the renew code entry screen.
- Enter the renew code that
corresponds to your lock Serial # in the location indicated in the Renew32
screen. (Note, you can Cut and Paste the number from this site to the
program.)
- Once the number is
entered, press the Finish button. If there are no problems, then you will
see a message in the Results area saying that the update was successful.
If there were problems, an error will appear in
the Results area. If this occurs, please contact me because more than 4
unsuccessful renews will disable the lock, and it will have to be exchanged
for a new one.
IF MBS is closed (ie. the program is NOT running)
- Using Windows Explorer, double click (or run) the file “renew32.exe” found in the directory C:\MBS\AZ-TECH
- Confirm that your Serial #
and RUC (or use code) match the Serial # and RUC from the table below.
- If the RUC numbers are not
the same, please call me immediately because the update will not work.
- If the numbers match, then
press the next button at the bottom of the Renew32 window.
- Press the next button one
